The Fringe-in-a-day gets rolling in Midtown Harrisburg, partnering with the Odd Ones Bizarre across from the Broad Street Market. There will be outdoor performances, kids’ crafts, and family friendly activities, not to mention the HFF Info booth where you can learn more about Fringe!
