Working and volunteering

All that Fringe accomplishes is made possible by our volunteers, passionate members of our community who use their time and energy to support their local arts. You, too, can make a difference. Get involved with the Harrisburg Fringe Festival!

As a Festival Volunteer, you might be ushering for a performance, working at a box office, or helping backstage! The opportunities, like the art, are endless. Volunteers earn free tickets by signing up for shifts to help the festival.

And who is the perfect volunteer? Anyone who loves the arts ages 14 and up, as long as you have a passion and interest in creating a positive experience for our artists and patrons, we would love to have you! If you are interested, all you need to do is contact us at
