HBG Fringe Ticketing Terms & Conditions

These Ticketing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for events presented as part of the Harrisburg Fringe Festival and any related programming produced or presented by Harrisburg Fringe (“Fringe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, the purchaser and/or ticket holder (“Patron”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions

1. All Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a cancellation of a performance by the producing artist or Harrisburg Fringe. Refunds, credits, or exchanges, if offered, are provided solely at the discretion of Harrisburg Fringe.

2. Performance Start Times and Late Entry

All performances begin promptly at the published start time. Late entry policies are determined by the producing artist and venue management and may restrict or prohibit entry after the performance has begun. Patrons who arrive late or fail to attend a performance are not entitled to a refund or exchange.

3. Festival Button Requirement

Certain performances and events may require the purchase and presentation of an official festival button in addition to a valid event ticket for admission. Failure to present the required festival credentials may result in denial of entry without refund.

4. Cancellations

In the event that a performance is canceled by the producing artist or Harrisburg Fringe, ticket holders may be offered one or more of the following remedies at the sole discretion of Harrisburg Fringe:

  • Transfer to another performance of the same production, if available

  • Credit toward another festival event

  • Refund of the ticket price paid

  • Any applicable ticketing or processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Ticket Transfer and Resale

Tickets may be transferred to another individual for use; however, resale of tickets for commercial gain is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Harrisburg Fringe. Harrisburg Fringe is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers and cannot guarantee their validity.

6. Admission and Patron Conduct

Admission is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations. Harrisburg Fringe and its venue partners reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove from the premises, any Patron whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of venue policies. Patrons removed for such reasons will not be entitled to a refund. See below for the full Code of Conduct.

7. Venue Policies

Patrons agree to comply with all venue policies, including security procedures, prohibited items, and safety requirements. Policies may vary by venue and event.

8. Accessibility

Harrisburg Fringe is committed to providing accessible festival experiences. Patrons requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the Harrisburg Fringe Box Office in advance of their scheduled performance to facilitate appropriate arrangements.

9. Photography, Recording, and Media Release

By attending an event, Patrons acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Attendance constitutes the Patron’s consent to the use of their likeness, image, voice, or appearance in promotional, archival, or documentary materials by Harrisburg Fringe without compensation.

10. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live performances and festival events involves inherent risks. By attending, Patrons voluntarily assume all risks related to their attendance and participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harrisburg Fringe shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from a Patron’s attendance at festival events, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or event cancellation beyond the remedies described in these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
